PE/EVA plastic foam color masterbatch

1. Application areas:

PE/EVA plastic foam color masterbatch includes black masterbatch, white masterbatch and color masterbatch, which are mainly used in PE/EVA plastic foam injection molding, EVA foam sheet, used for EVA shoe materials, PE/EVA child wheel, EVA sheet, EVA yoga mat and other industries of plastic foam.

2. Product features:

PE/EVA plastic foaming masterbatch has bright colors, high content of effective ingredients, and low addition amount. This product is made of high-fluidity PE/EVA composite substrate as the carrier, and is processed with high-quality pigments, dispersants and other plastic additives. The masterbatch has high tinting power, no impurities, no crystal points, no filling, and has good compatibility with PE and EVA. There will be no pores after foaming, the color is bright, the light-fastness level is high, it will not fade, and there will be no color migration.

3. Use ratio and storage:

Recommended dosage 1%-4% (depending on product requirements) Packaging and storage: 25KG/bag paper-plastic composite bag, stored in a ventilated and dry place.
