1. Application areas:

Pipe color masterbatch is customized according to the characteristics of the production process of plastic pipes such as PP, PE, PVC, PPR, etc. The product can be used for extrusion coloring of various plastic pipes.

2. Product features:

Pipe masterbatch is specially used for the extrusion production of PP, PE, PVC, PPR and other plastics. This masterbatch uses a compound material with good compatibility with plastics as the base material, high-quality pigments as colorants, and various performance additives. It is made by high-speed mixing and dense mixing, and twin-screw extrusion and pelletizing. The pipes colored with this masterbatch have stable color, small color difference, complete colors, high light resistance, migration resistance, and will not fade when used outdoors. It is the preferred coloring method with high cost performance in the coloring process and is particularly suitable for pipe coloring production.

Recommended dosage 1%-4% (depending on product requirements) Packaging and storage: 25KG/bag paper-plastic composite bag, stored in a ventilated and dry place.
