1. Application areas:

This masterbatch is a high-end blow molding masterbatch developed mainly for PE cosmetic hose packaging bottles, shampoo bottles, shower gel and other PE packaging bottles, pharmaceutical packaging bottles, etc. It can be used in all blow molding extrusion tube production of PE, PP and other raw materials.

2. Product features:

This masterbatch has high tinting power, good whiteness, brightness, no impurities, no crystal points, good light-shielding performance, and no filler. This product uses high-fluidity resin as a carrier, and is processed with high-quality pigments, dispersants and other additives. It is suitable for the blow molding, bottle blowing, and tube extrusion production processes of LDPE, HDPE, and PP plastics. The blow molding and bottle blowing products have no starting point, good dispersibility, good gloss, high concentration, high temperature resistance, and are easy to use.

3. Use ratio and storage:

Recommended dosage 1%-4% (depending on product requirements) Packaging and storage: 25KG/bag paper-plastic composite bag, stored in a ventilated and dry place.
