Color masterbatch for PP sheet casting extrusion

1. Application areas:

This masterbatch is suitable for the production processes of PP plastics such as cast film, blown film, extrusion, spinning, injection molding, and non-woven fabrics. It is most widely used in industries such as stationery sheets, packaging materials, plastic bag blown film, woven bag drawing, chemical fiber spinning, packaging containers, and non-woven fabrics.

2. Product features:

PP sheet masterbatch uses high melt index PP as base material, high-quality high temperature resistant pigment as colorant, and various performance additives. It is made by high-speed mixing and smelting, twin-screw extrusion and pelletizing. This masterbatch has stable color, bright color, sun resistance, migration resistance, and will not fade when used outdoors. This masterbatch has high tinting power, bright, no impurities, no crystal points, good light-shielding performance, and no filling. In particular, PP products produced with this masterbatch have bright color, no spots, no black spots under light, and a bright surface.

3. Use ratio and storage:

Recommended dosage 1%-4% (depending on product requirements) Packaging and storage: 25KG/bag paper-plastic composite bag, stored in a ventilated and dry place.
